HAPPINESS

Initial programme recommendations:

  1. We’ll create for you an online workshop with a ‘Happiness Toolkit’ for staff to watch anytime they like and refer back to again and again.
  2. We’ll run a 10 week (10 hrs) face-to-face (offline) ‘Happiness Workshop’ programme for you either on or offsite. Through proven techniques developed by research on Positive Psychology, we have developed a set of workshops teaching the 5 elements of the Perma method of Positive Psychology. This works as a prevention tool for psychological health and wellness rather than against mental illness and treatment. Concepts such as happiness, quality of life, coping, optimism and resilience is central to positive psychology, so in this workshop we’ll be teaching staff about social and emotional learning; learn how to learn more effectively, how to learn better self-regulation and self-control and how to increase concentration.
  3. We’ll create you an online workshop on ‘How to Sleep Better’. Many of us face sleep with a profound sense of anxiety. In this workshop, we’ll investigate our cultural and personal troubles with sleep and think about what action we can take to guarantee a good night’s sleep.
  4. Include the online workshop ‘Super States: The Psychology of Health, Happiness & Genius as part of your suggested programme.
