The Burnout Retreat Thailand

With The Life Adventure

Remember you were once on fire about your job, passionate about your career and eagerly looking forward to your goals? Now it feels all but impossible to get up and go to work in the morning. Your energy is drained; your creativity is thwarted; you feel physically unwell. This is burnout.

Burnout can happen to anyone, but is especially common among executives, entrepreneurs and others with demanding, high-pressure jobs. It doesn’t happen overnight, but rather is the accumulation of long-term stress and the product of your environment, and if it’s not correctly addressed, it doesn’t go away easily either. Overcoming burnout requires life changes that support a sustainable relationship with your work – and with yourself.

The Dawn’s professional burnout retreat gives you an opportunity to shift out of overwhelm, gain some perspective and put healthy habits in place, so you can return to your life feeling clear-minded, happy and productive.

Signs and Symptoms of Burnout

Burnout often takes hold before you know what hit you – but if you know what signs to watch for, you’ll be able to see it coming and take the necessary steps to keep it at bay.

  • Anxiety – You might feel hyper-alert and jumpy, constantly worry about the future, or play out worst-case scenarios in your head.
  • Depression – You may feel guilty about your diminished performance at work or other areas of your life, leading to lowered self-esteem. Depression is a dangerous disorder – if you find yourself feeling hopeless or contemplating suicide, seek professional depression help right away.
  • Sleep disturbance – You may have a hard time falling asleep or wake up in the middle of the night. You feel restless at night and sleepy during the day. This gets progressively worse as burnout intensifies.
  • Fatigue – You constantly feel mentally and physically exhausted. This is exacerbated by accompanying insomnia.
  • Pain and illness – Stress often manifests physically, in symptoms such as gastrointestinal issues, headaches, muscle pain and more frequent bouts of sickness due to lowered immunity.
Effects of Untreated Burnout

The prolonged stress of being in a state of burnout can lead to a number of problems, such as:

  • Mental and physical exhaustion
  • Pessimism
  • Loss of interest in your job
  • Interpersonal issues in the office
  • Relationship and intimacy issues
  • Irrational irritability
  • Decreased productivity

It’s easy to see how the effects of burnout can get out of hand and carry over onto other areas of your life. Fortunately, however, burnout is highly treatable.

Why go here?

The Caring Female Leader

With Justine Clement
A 28-day programme for women in positions of leadership
Background

A great leader is one who cares. A caring leader creates a culture of openness and inclusivity where difference is valued. They look after the physical and mental well-being of their staff, encouraging self-care and digital disconnection. However, before connecting with others, a leader must first look inwards, be self-aware, care for themselves, listen to themselves and have those difficult conversations with themselves. In essence, caring leadership starts with self-leadership.

In this 28 day programme we’ll look at 3 hugely powerful tools for self-connection. these are:

  • Journaling
  • Conscious Connected Breath
  • Nature Connection =  Self-Connection

Understanding and integrating each of these methods into your life has the potential for profound and lasting positive impact. We make learning to breathe, TO connect more deeply with who and what we are (nature) and becoming the author of your own story, simple to learn, amazing to experience and when integrated into your life, offers you the opportunity to radically change how you live and work.

Time commitment
  • 1 day intensive at Nower Wood private nature reserve, near Leatherhead, Surrey (other locations may be possible).
  • Weekly group check in by zoom x 3 90 mins sessions
  • Final group check in 90 mins on 28th day

Group size

This programme is run as an intimate, small group for 6 people – either as one team or across an agency/ organisation.

Connection To Self = The Authentic Leader: what we’ll be covering
  1. JOURNALING IS THE SUPERPOWER

The most amazing yet simplest of tools to connect you to yourself is journaling. If you establish a practice of journaling for at least 28 DAYS, it will change your life. Journaling connects you to your authentic self in a way that nothing else does. It allows you to cultivate humility and empathy for yourself first and then allows you the space to do that for others.

In this programme, you’ll learn the art of journaling – not just for wellbeing, but for innovative thinking. There are so many benefits to journaling. Here are some of the standouts:

  • Cultivates authenticity – acting as a mirror to ourselves.
  • It’s the quickest way to move from left brain logical thinking to right brain creative thinking where intuition, clarity and insight reside.
  • According to the National Science Foundation’s study in 2005, an average person has about 12,000 – 60,000 thoughts per day. Of those, 80% are negative and 95% are repetitive thoughts. That leaves a very small window for fresh thinking and creativity.
  • The practice of journaling gets all the unwanted thoughts out and onto the page and creates room for fresh thinking. Think of your creativity as a well and on the top of this well are dead leaves (old patterns of thinking). The practice of showing up and writing everyday gets rid of the detritus and allows you to access this well.
  • Various scientific studies show that journaling improves wellbeing, provides clarity and boosts happiness.

      2. CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATH IS A DETOX FOR EVERY LEVEL OF OUR BEING

Humans have been aware of the healing power of their breath for millennia. Through the centuries we’ve developed a vast array of breathing practices, all designed to bring about physical and emotional wellbeing and connect with our deeper selves.

But in today’s society, we often neglect our bodies’ built-in capabilities. Imagine owning the most high specification TV in existence, keeping it plugged in on standby and then living with it for years and years without ever actually turning it on. The fact is, most of us live in ‘standby mode’ most of the time. Breath – the most powerful mechanism is literally right beneath our noses waiting to be explored, yet we rarely give it more than a passing thought.

Conscious Connected Breathing is a powerful and safe way to infuse the body with oxygen and energy, recharging our own (often depleted) systems to work to their healing capacity. It facilitates openings to higher levels of consciousness, allowing us to tap into our deeper resources and live our lives joyfully and in abundance.

The quality of our breath provides a perfect mirror to the state of our inner world. When we are nervous or agitated our breath becomes short, erratic and at times non-existent. When our breath flows smoothly and calmly so does our experience of life. The benefits of regular breathwork are huge, here are just a few:

  • Boost your immune system
  • Feel completely energised
  • Experience deeply nourishing peace and relaxation
  • Be the healthiest you’ve ever been
  • Become aware of emotions halting your personal growth
  • Let go of emotional baggage permanently and easily
  • Move beyond whatever is standing between you and your growth and happiness

    3. NATURE CONNECTION = SELF-CONNECTION

Learning how to gently reconnect back to nature contains a subtle power – one that reminds us what and who we truly are, taking us back to the interconnectedness which surrounds and empowers us.

When we feel connected to people and places, we feel a sense of belonging and wholeness. We feel ourselves truly alive. Yet over thousands of years, human beings have gradually become mere onlookers. Bystanders, not just to the glory and wonder of the natural world, but also to ourselves, our lives and our understanding of our place in the world.

There seems to be a gentle, yet unmistakable awakening happening. An increased desire to get out into nature. And whether we realise it’s a pull to find our way back to what it is we have lost in ourselves or not, doesn’t matter. Most important is the shift.

Our belief is that in order to thrive, we need to reconnect with who and what we are – all of which is, and can be found in nature. Our specific focus here is the forest. We’ll introduce you to sensory and meditative invitations that will help you find your way back to an easier way of living. One where you intrinsically know and understand your place in the world and how your connection with nature will bring you back to wholeness, happiness and a thriving, well- balanced life. The range of scientifically-backed benefits of regular shrin-yoku practice include:

  • Balancing blood pressure
  • Lowering stress levels
  • Improving cardiovascular and metabolic health
  • Lowering blood-sugar levels
  • Improving concentration and memory
  • Increasing anti-cancer protein production
  • Improving pain thresholds
  • Improving energy levels
  • Boosting the immune system with an increase in the count of the body’s natural killer (NK) cells

The Green Pharmacy: Shinrin-yoku/Forest Bathing for organisations

With Justine Clement

Shinrin-yoku is the Japanese practice of immersing yourself in nature whilst gently engaging all of the senses. In this virtual Shinrin-yoku (Forest Bathing) workshop, you’ll learn about the immersive experience of connecting with the forest,  the healing and calming properties of trees and plants, and how to enhance our sensory connection to nature (wherever you live).

Being close to trees has powerful benefits in reducing stress, increasing happiness and a sense of awe, and a feeling of being grounded and ‘held’.  When we feel connected to people and places, we feel a sense of belonging and wholeness. We feel ourselves truly alive and connected, in some indescribable way. Yet over thousands of years, human beings have gradually become mere onlookers – bystanders, not just to the glory and wonder of the natural world, but also to ourselves, our lives and our understanding of our place in the world. Yet there seems to be a gentle, yet unmistakable awakening happening. An increased desire to get out into nature. And whether we realise it’s a pull to find our way back to what it is we have lost, or not, doesn’t matter. Most important is the shift.

This one-hour talk will take you through the ancient wisdom and modern science of Shinrin-yoku to reveal the amazing healing and wellbeing benefits of trees, as well as exercises for you to take and try for yourself either in the city or in the countryside. There will also be a short Q&A session to give you the opportunity to get answers to questions which will help you find your way back to an easier way of living – one where you intrinsically know and understand your place in the world and how our connection with nature will bring you back to wholeness, happiness and a thriving, well-balanced life.

Your two speakers for this enlightening talk on Shinrin-yoku are Stefan Batorijs and Justine Clement. Stefan is trained as a psychotherapist and Outdoor Activity Leader. He’s also an Associate Lecturer at Plymouth University on the D.Clin. Psych training for 20 years teaching the benefits of Nature to assist mental health recovery. He set up the Ecotherapy Project with Plymouth NHS, and since 2017 have been offering training courses in Shinrin Yoku based in South Devon.

I just wanted to say how much I loved your talk last evening, Justine. I’ve thought of nothing else since! I am part way through watching the Earthing movie and have scoped out some local places for my first bathe. Oh and I’ve walked barefoot in the grass this morning! Thank you for inspiring me!

In this 60-minute webinar will explore:

• A short history of Shinrin-yoku in Japan
• The science behind Shinrin-yoku
• How trees impact our physiology and psychology
• The importance of grounding in everyday life and how this will benefit your health
• Redefining intelligence for a new world
• The importance of awe and wonder
• How Shinrin-yoku can have a positive effect on depression, anxiety and sleep issues
• Lessons from nature
• How Shinrin-yoku can help to improve your mental clarity
• The top 6 benefits of Shinrin-yoku
• Practical exercises to connect with trees and nature
• Q&A

The Magic of Manifestation

With Dr Shomit Mitter

“The perfect mix of the spiritual and the intellectual, Dr Shomit Mitter combines the profundity of Indian meditation techniques with the efficacy of Western hypnotherapy…  Sensational!” — Tatler

Taken from his radically successful series of off-line workshops, these ground-breaking techniques from Shomit Mitter will help you discover 10 comprehensive, profound and exquisitely accessible approaches to becoming the creator – rather than the recipient – of your life.

If you have tried and failed to create the life that you really want, it is probably because you have been using the resources of the conscious mind. It is quite natural to approach problems logically and to plan outcomes using common sense.

But if this hasn’t worked, it is unlikely you will achieve much success by working harder using the same tools. You will need a paradigm shift. And this is what this workshop provides. This works when all else fails, when you haven’t a clue as to how to achieve your objective. That is why the results that the course has achieved have been referred to as “magical”.

You’ll learn what sportsmen call being “in the zone”, a state of flow in which your desires manifest almost effortlessly. Each session has a “theory” you back and by the end, you will have accessed greater power than you ever knew you could harness and life will arrange itself around you just as you want it to – as if by magic. Of course it isn’t magic; there is a method to all this, and you will learn how it works.

The course uniquely blends the wisdom of east and west, the approaches of the ancients and the best of modern western practice. Shomit speaks with infectious enthusiasm and clarity, and the exercises that follow are at once easy to practice and deeply transformative. This is an interactive workshop which includes guided meditations, teachings and links to homework to be completed by yourself, in-between sessions.Read More

“Magic” is a word we use to describe a result that we don’t understand using the knowledge available to us. When you finish this worksho, you won’t use words like “miracle” at all – because your sense of how “reality” works will have grown. It will have grown because you will have studied the essence of a number of ancient systems of thinking that take us well beyond what the conscious mind will readily countenance.  If the blocks that hold us back are in the unconscious, it is only in the weird and wonderful world of the unconscious that the solutions will lie.

The ancient systems of thinking to which I refer weren’t just meant to be discussed in seminars. They were meant to be lived. This is why I have spent many years developing exercises that allow one to live in alignment with the stillness, the power and the joy these ancient texts describe. By amalgamating powerful ancient meditation techniques with the user-friendly modalities of modern western hypnotherapy, I believe I have created a vehicle of some power. It doesn’t require that you sit in a cave for twenty years: you can practise it here, now, and it works rapidly.

The reason these exercises work is this: focussing on certain types of “archetypal” images whilst in a relaxed state of mind creates highly beneficial networks of synaptic connections in the brain. If these images are carefully selected by someone who has a deep understanding of the language of the unconscious mind, they can generate orders of capability that far transcend what logic and discussion can achieve. It is as if the unconscious mind is a vast army that is programmed to do everything that it is unambiguously asked to do. All it needs is a clear instruction – and these exercises provide those instructions in their most unequivocal and powerful form.

The exercises I introduce are supported by a systematic, thorough and wide-ranging series of homework requirements that are optional and can be done at leisure. There is an annotated reading list with write-ups on all the books, and recommendations that link books to sessions. There are a range of tasks (paintings to look at, for example, and objects to collect) which work subliminally to reinforce the effects of the principal meditations on the deepest layers of the unconscious. This is a multi-faceted course that relies not just on lecture and demonstration but on profoundly orchestrated guided visualisations that help to imprint on the mind vivid images of deep philosophical principles that lose none of their complexity for having been distilled into everyday metaphors. The search for appropriate analogies trains the mind to the point that the most commonplace of objects subliminally reinforces the core principles. More than anything else, this course teaches a way of being: it teaches you how to “read” life so that, eventually, life itself becomes your most eloquent teacher.

It gets even better than that, though, because the course as a whole is greater than the sum of its parts. If each individual session generates and bolsters certain areas of capability (such as “power” or “detachment” or “healing”), the cumulative effect of doing the entire course is categorically different and infinitely greater. The sequence of sessions is designed to inculcate a deep-seated awareness of – and ability to embody – a state of being for which the world has a very high-sounding term: enlightenment. While the course will not turn you into the Buddha overnight, it will get you to a still place deep within you from which it is possible consistently to create – rather than passively to receive – the future events of your life. The Buddha himself said he was no different to everyone, except in one respect – which was that he was “awake”. This course is an invitation to share the peace, the calm and the sheer unbridled joy that comes from “being awake”. Shomit Mitter

description of each one hour session:

session 1: being
The world “out there” and the world “in here” are mirror images of one another. So, to change the world of your experience, you must change your mode of being in the world. How to be grounded, connected and open: the basics.

session 2: healing
How the unconscious works and how we programme it to do what we ask it to do by using the language of image and action. An introduction to the art of getting “lucky” – consistently!

session 3: power
An introduction to the profound value of the uncomfortable situations in life. How to recognise and use the opportunity they give us to step into our power. How to inhabit a mind-set that is truly beyond good and evil.

session 4: presence
How to “Be Here Now”: how to maintain focus and remain present such that we are not dragged back by past problems and future fears. How to draw on the enormous capabilities that are available in the eternal “Now”.

session 5: play
The theory and practice of stillness, detachment and transcendence. What is reality and what is illusion? And how does the distinction help us build better lives for ourselves? Being able to create from a higher level than that of our everyday existence.

session 6: guides
Those who perform consistently at a high level often speak of a “force” that works through them. Writers talk of “downloading” their books, and sportsmen refer to being in a “state of flow” where a higher intelligence seems to guide their actions. What is this higher power and how do we access it consistently?

session 7: underworld
Ancient Greek heroes were often depicted as going to the Underworld to gain their power. The ancient Egyptians believed that the sun god Ra god his power from a nightly journey through the Underworld. Why did everyone from Parmenides to C.G. Jung feel the most important thing a person could do is face – and love – his or her “dark side”? Where in the psyche is this place, and how do we safely and easily harness its power?

session 8: metamorphosis
If we are to manifest new and exciting things in our lives, we must master the art of change. Learn the art of transformation through the theory and practice of shape-shifting, a hugely exciting skill that is no less relevant in the modern world than it is in the world of the Shaman. Learn the basics of the method through a series of easy-to-practice steps – and use it to begin the process of transformation in your life.

session 9: the void
In ancient Indian philosophy, Creation takes place in the stillness of the Void, a place of peace – but also of ultimate power. How do we access this place through a simple meditation that works in the modern world? What can we do, once we are in this place, to create the world we desire? The art of letting go of “what is” so that “what can be” can come into our lives.

session 10: creation
Bringing it all together: how to “be” the Void that dreams into existence the world of its choosing. How to play with light and dark so as to sculpt the world you desire into existence.

Wake Up! Escape A Life On Autopilot (2 nights)

With Chris Barez-Brown
Background

With the demands that we have on our time and attention, it is no wonder that we find it tough to always be who we truly are. Just to survive, we have to socialise to the norms and make constant compromises just to ‘fit in’. Our habit loops take over. Before long, we have lost touch with what makes us special and unique.

Wake Up! is an app, a book and, in this case, a 2 night/2.5 day program that helps you step back from all the busyness and reconnect with who you are, what’s important to you and how you spend your time.

Working with dynamic learning and development consultancy Upping Your Elvis’ unique creative approaches, we help you become more conscious and aware, giving you the skills and confidence to stay on track and not let the world shape your daily experience for you. The Wake Up! Experience goes deeper than Wake Up! the book or app can ever go but is based on the same principles of escaping autopilot so we can all lead a more technicolor and extraordinary life.

It is held in idyllic surroundings in Lyme Regis, Dorset, and involves a full submersion into beautiful countryside, nutritious local food and the collaboration of like minded folk.

Brilliant for teams and individuals alike and ideal for anybody looking for a personal boost.  Also, undoubtedly good for anyone wishing to become a more accomplished and creative leader.

Who is it for?

Anyone who feels like they need time to have some fun, get their energy right and give attention very selfishly on themselves. It’s particularly suited to those who love creativity and surrounding themselves with beautiful nature.

Where is it held?

At Rhode Hill House, Lyme Regis, Dorset, the home of the Baréz-Brown family

What will we do?

This will be a creative immersion into your life. You will get a chance to play with your perspectives to help you connect with your passions and your unique talents, making sure that they show up every day.

You will also learn some pretty cool ways to ensure that every day counts, your energy is working well for you and that when you feel stuck, you have ways to get moving again.

Creative approaches are at the heart of this workshop so be prepared to throw yourself in. We won’t spend much time with clever models and learning frameworks; in fact none at all. The workshop is deeply experiential where you will go on a journey with like-minded folk and expand your understanding of what’s really possible. And whilst we do it, we’ll have a stomp along the sea, be fed the most nutritious food from the best chefs in Dorset (aka the River Café crew) and reconnect with what loving life is all about.

What Wake Up! The Experience will deliver
  •    Confidence – a renewed confidence in yourself
  •    Excitement –  passion and energy for your work and life
  •    Creativity – skills that you can use everyday to remain more conscious and aware
  •    Clarity – a clear plan of what needs to change for you to tap into your unique genius everyday
  •    Inspiration – about your world and the role you play in it
  •    Impact – you will be in the driving seat of your life both at work and at home

Wake Up! The Experience is available as a bespoke group event. Please contact us to discuss your requirements in detail.

What about YOU? Empower Tools

With Jamie Catto
Sunday Times “…oddly arousing and crucially, tangibly, useful. I’ve never taken drugs but I’d liken ‘What about YOU?’ to a drug-fuelled high.”
The Daily Telegraph “…a polite warning; prolonged exposure to Jamie Catto could blow your mind…”

This utterly inspiring two day workshop was filmed and delivered in front of a live audience and is designed to facilitate bringing your ideas and projects out of your head and into the real world. Jamie mixes both a project-building masterclass with processes and games to amp up the levels of presence and make sure you’re creating from an inspired and empowered place, 100% of the time.

The content we cover in this workshop is an amazing opportunity to receive everything Jamie has ever learned. It’s about getting what’s inside of you, OUT, and it’s about launching it into the world and it being loved by everyone. I want to show you how to live the whole dream. This experience, one I have lived through personally, is totally fulfilling and this is central to what this workshop is about; being received and seeing your gifts have a positive or even healing effect on your community and the world at large.

“I’ve said many times that my mission is to create a legion of likeminded souls who just by being themselves – present, authentic and often vulnerable – become catalysts for everyone who comes into contact with them.  When we meet people like this, who are comfortable to be seen and heard without hiding behind roles or being an ‘appropriate’ version of themselves, we become more relaxed and more authentic. Our freedom to be seen in our mess, in our eccentricity, in our fallibility, creates a permission in everyone we meet to lighten-up around all the sides of themselves that they believe aren’t welcome.  And when that happens, the Intimacy level shoots through the roof and the ensuing relief which expands though each of our central nervous systems is palpable.  This wonderful, playful, often foolish path is what I call The Path Of The Holy Banana. What happens to the other fruit when you place them near the Banana?  They

RIPEN.”

In this workshop Jamie also examines the polarity of the masculine and feminine and our relationship to giving and receiving.  He’ll also be sharing tools with you on how to be empowered in your vulnerability and how to take responsibility for how we feel and what we need in life.

Wilderness Leadership Trails – re-connecting man and nature

With The Life Adventure
Introduction

When you combine a magical location, an inspiring teacher and nourishing food, travel has an almost alchemical power to it. Special journeys can irrevocably change us and many of us at one time or another have experienced this shift.

Our vision is to help people live richer, more fulfilling lives. This occurs when we begin to increase our self-awareness, understand how to be more conscious citizens, improve our feelings of self-empathy and empathy towards others and experience living in harmony with each other and with nature.

The Wilderness Trail

“Wilderness is not a luxury but a necessity of the human spirit” ~ Edward Abbey

A trail is not a hike. It is not a safari. It is not a personal endurance test. A Wilderness Trail is a deeply profound experience that is very difficult to articulate. It is a chance to return to your natural habitat. A digital detox. A deep experience of our own connection to the natural world. A chance to re-wild yourself and get inspired by the rhythm of nature. Your experience is carefully facilitated by guides who are arguably the best in Africa. The food is beyond what you could imagine. An authentic Wilderness Trail is unlike any other experience. Those who have been on this trail return again and again. You simply have to experience it to fully understand the power it can have on you, your team and your relationships.

This wilderness trail was pioneered by Dr. Ian Player well over half a century ago. After all of this time, the principles, the experience and the purpose of these trails remain the same. It runs over five days with a few days either side organised for you in a hotel. You sleep under the stars. You experience some of Africa’s most wild and sacred places. But most importantly, the trail experience is about you, a personal journey into wilderness and yourself. This is an experience that inevitably creates environmentally conscious leaders and ambassadors for our wild spaces.

Developing Wild Leaders

Wilderness Leadership helps nurture an understanding of what a leader is. The trail experience helps develop self-reliance, improves judgement, decision making, respect, and a sense of responsibility that helps leaders thrive in today’s rapidly changing business landscape.

The benefits of a wilderness experience

  • Chance to destress and reconnect with who you really are
  • Amazing bonding, team building and relationship building
  • A Digital Detox, no cell phones, social media
  • Detox – healthy food, no alcohol or artificial stimulants, exercise and personal space
  • Tranquility – solitude and meditation. Stimulates flow of creative thinking
  • Different stimulus of adrenalin and responsibility in looking after and working with peers
  • Test personal boundaries and comfort zones
  • Learn new skills- flora, fauna, bush craft, astronomy, ecology, tracking
  • Become ambassadors for a cause – protection of wilderness areas, anti- mining and anti-poaching lobbyists,
  • Rewild yourself and develop a language of wilderness and wild spaces
  • Explore the spirituality of wilderness
  • Wilderness immersion has a significant psychological healing properties
  • No hierarchical pressure
  • Leadership quality development
  • Provides neutral space in which to explore company issues

Presenter Russell James

Based in London, Russell James is the UK's leading raw food chef. He eats raw food because it has massively improved his life, and he wants to show the world that it’s easier than we may think to all the benefits for ourselves. His story began years ago when he was eating “good” food (meat, chicken, veg and fruit), yet had very little energy and never felt on top of his game, in fact far from it. Up for trying anything to look and feel better, in 2004 he went to Koh Samui in Thailand for a 7-day fast. On day 5, he started reading a raw food recipe book he’d found in their library. The book’s explanation of the benefits of raw food made so much sense to him that he had an epiphany moment, which was to define his life and his career from that point onwards. Back in London, it proved to be an expensive, trial-and-error-prone epiphany, yet his drive and determination, and the incredible way he began to feel as a result, meant he persevered. His skin cleared up and he had boundless energy and motivation. Not trained as a chef, but off the back of his blog, he had people from all over the world flying in to take classes with him. Now, after a year in the US writing and teaching at culinary academies, he’s set up Raw Chef HQ in London and has just published his first hard copy book. We’re delighted that Russell has agreed to work with us on LearnShedLive
