What is it?
A 2 night/3 day retreat based workshop for boards and leadership teams who need to invest in how they work. A time for reflection and bonding, whilst tuning up the behaviours and skills of how they function. The retreat will be a little bit of leadership rehab, getting away from bad habits and introducing some good ones into the mix. It’s a human, energetic and soul filling adventure held in Lyme Regis, with River Cottage cooking, sea views and 10 acres to stomp around in.
What you’ll learn
- We teach new, energetic and creative leadership approaches whilst applying them to issues of the team.
- How to make every interaction count.
- Increasing awareness so you can consciously ask the question ‘what’s needed here?’
- How to love getting feedback and lead for it everyday.
- How to think more creatively on any issue without doing brainstorming (yuk)
- How to manage your energy to get more good days.
- How to flex your leadership style depending on ‘what’s needed here?’
- How to lead the change and make it fun and exciting.
Deliverables
- Super-tight team
- An agreed behavioural standard that all have signed up to.
- New ways of being that will make the team more productive, but also change the wider business for the good.
- A shot in the arm where everyone feels super excited to get back and make a difference.
- A big old smile on everyone’s faces as they realise the future is theirs and they have all they need to make extraordinary.
The nitty gritty
We can take up to 12 people on this retreat but 8 to 10 is ideal. It starts at lunchtime on day 1 and finishes at lunchtime on day 3. It’s held in Chris’s home in Lyme Regis, Dorset. River Cottage will come and teach you some cooking incredible tips on the final evening. This is a proper team adventure.
