If you haven’t come across the Do Lectures, then take a look. But set aside an hour or so as you’ll find yourself drawn in to the truly incredible breadth of talent. We don’t just mean the talent of those giving the talks, but also those behind creating the culture of the Do community. It’s what goes on behind the scenes that makes this such a genuine business and gives it it’s essence; one with true passion and purpose. One that literally changes lives. It was one of the formative reasons that The Life Adventure came into being.
We’ve selected this great talk by Phil Parker because, having worked recently with Austin Wyse on Tapping (and the statements that come with this method), we’ve learned how utterly important it is to speak to ourselves in the right way. Some of these things are so amiss in the world today yet are so fundamental to our health and wellbeing – both in and out of the workplace.
