Whilst we prefer to use the term discomfort, as we’re not too comfortable with the idea that stress is a good thing in all instances, this interview is a wonderful analogy using lobsters as its subject matter.
However there is no doubt that we grow and become far more aware of ourselves, the lives we’re leading and our place in the world, as a result of difficult situations. Sometimes, going through these result in us making huge changes to our lives.
