3. Mini Street Wisdom around the streets of your office with Justine Clement
Street Wisdom is an everyday creative practice you use as you walk. A smart fusion of mindfulness, neuroscience and wellness, it unlocks our minds and unblocks our creativity with every step. Suddenly every street is full of inspiration. And whatever our questions, we are finding answers are everywhere. In-person max 10 people or can be delivered online as a ‘street wisdom at home’ session. max 15 in-person or unlimited online.
4. Ballroom Dance session with Andrew Cuerden
An incredibly fun session providing simple ways that dance can help improve your overall wellbeing with a former dance teacher from Strictly Come Dancing. Max 60 people in-person only. Please ensure you have the office space for this activity.
5. Tai Chi
Based on disciplines related to the wellbeing of the body and mind with a focus on relaxation and opening. Sessions cover postures and exercises to help you relax tense and stressed points of the body. Max 15 – best done in person. Please ensure you have the office space for this activity.
6. Re-write your story with Preethi Nair
A powerful tool to look at the stories you tell yourself – the ones that are outdated and are holding you back. This is an opportunity for you to explore new exciting chapters. Max 20 – online or in-person.
7. Mindfulness
Practicing present moment awareness which involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress. Max 30 – online or in-person.
8. Nutrition
This session explores the effects of different food, and drink on our performance and wellbeing. Our bodies are miraculous machines that are designed to be fuelled and driven by the food we eat. Food is not just calories, it is medicine. Unlimited – online or in-person.
9. Have Better Sleep
Whether you’re a sound sleeper or suffering insomniac, join our sleep therapist to discover tips and techniques to ensure the sleep you do get – even if limited, is the most restful and restorative it can be. Unlimited – online or in-person.
10. Cultivating deep listening with Preethi Nair
