Do you want to feel happier? The good news is that you can. Whether you have been feeling sad, down or depressed you can learn how to feel happier because happiness levels are not fixed. Happiness is not a matter of luck or status, it is created by certain ways of thinking and behaving. We will explore the blocks and myths of happiness, how to overcome unhappiness and cultivate habits and tools that help you to feel good and happier in the now and future. In this interactive session, which can be delivered in anything from 1- or 2 hour masterclass to half a day or whole day workshop, you will come away with a fresh perspective and new skills to experience greater joy in both your personal and professional life.
In this masterclass/workshop you will learn how to:
- Differentiate between real happiness compared to conditioned definitions of happiness from the perspective of your two selves
- Dispel the myths of happiness to stop the elusive pursuit of happiness in the future to experience more joy in the now
