Individuals are welcomed (set dates which we can give you) and teams are celebrated – engaging your whole team in this process creates an even more powerful culture change.
All of the learning modules are prerecorded videos and can be viewed at your convenience, so they are easy to fit in to your busy week.
The weekly group calls are all recorded, so if you can’t make it live, you can catch up when your schedule allows (we want the process, not just the learning to feel easy and fun!).
There will be an online forum where you can connect with the group, where you can go for inspiration, to ask questions, and share challenges or wins you’ve had between the live calls.
To make sure you get the support and attention you need to implement everything you will be learning, group size will be a maximum of 20 people.
