Elaine Gold

Elaine believes that all organisations can continue to learn, innovate and release creativity. Her motivation is the pure energy and buzz that comes from working with creative people in a purpose driven environment.

She has been involved in the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN) for over 10 years, and is an Adviser to the Global Board of GEN. In returning to the UK 3 years ago, after living in the Middle East for 8 years, Elaine became a Co-Founder of GEN UK (one of the 170 GEN countries) and is frequently invited to speak at international conferences on entrepreneurship, innovation and creativity. She has travelled to over 40 countries and delivered workshops and speaking engagements in over 20 countries. She understands the complexities and demands of working cross-culturally and in diverse organisations.

Elaine was invited to train as coach and trainer by a leading international management consultancy when she was in her early 20’s. She went on to work with 2 global consultancies, holding senior management positions and delivering consultancy interventions tailored to the needs of clients, but all with the common aim of achieving individual, team and organisational change. Interventions often covered leadership development, inclusion and diversity, teambuilding and one to one coaching.
