Last month I was invited to record a podcast with the wonderful Jo Wyse of Wyse Women. Jo is a fully qualified kinesiologist, as well as a Reiki & Seichem practitioner, using ancient hands-on healing practices to bring people back into health. However before all that began, she worked as a presenter on BBC commercial radio. She combined her unique talents to set up Wyse Women where she asks ‘every day’ and ‘extraordinary’ women to share the wisdom that revealed itself to them during the most challenging moments of their lives. Jo is also co-presenter of our workshop Tap Into Emotional Freedom, with her husband Austin Wyse.
The Slow Healer
One of the beautiful things about the Wyse Women podcast is that each episode is released on a full moon. As this month’s guest I was described as a ‘self- confessed on-the-go CEO where no words of warning from others about the importance of slowing down could stop her … she only really started to listen after badly damaging her knee on the ski slopes. Justine Clement’s injury, subsequent operation and slow recovery invited her to learn how to ‘be’ rather than ‘do’ … and she found some powerful lessons in those enforced moments of stillness.’
You can listen to the podcast here or go to Wyse Women here or view on Apple Podcasts under Wyse Women.
