We’ve teamed up with the incredible Alladale Wilderness Reserve and the world famous Wim Hof (a.k.a. The Ice Man) to offer this 2, 4 or 7 night retreat in Scotland. These are the only dates, and the only location this year that Wim Hof will be offered in the UK. The method is based on three pillars: cold therapy, breathing and commitment. Mastering these pillars and learning how to combine them, will result in a multitude of benefits, such as increased energy and focus, enhanced mental and physical performance, sleeping soundly, greater cold tolerance and a creative mind.
Alladale Wilderness Reserve is the place to learn all about this method, and you will not find anything like it anywhere in the United Kingdom. Either through a 3 day fundamentals workshop, a 5 day WHM adventure, or a very challenging 8 day retreat, you will experience something unlike anything you have done before!
Find your Inner Fire with the help of certified WHM instructor Allan Brownlie. This Edinburgh-based Scot will guide you through the process of optimizing body and mind, using cold exposure to practice breathing techniques and change your mind set. He will also teach you how to implement these techniques into your daily routine.
Deanich Lodge, one of the most remote buildings in Scotland, will be our base for all events. Deanich is the perfect spot for a true off the grid experience with an inward focus. Located 7 miles from Alladale Lodge, the bunkhouse’s setting is absolutely stunning and will help you to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
You will learn:
– How to be the manager of your energy
– How to feel energised and full of life within minutes
– How to boost your body’s alkalinity for super fast recovery
– How to lower your heart rate, banish stress, and feel more relaxed
– How to get rid of physical blockages
Learn more about the WHM and its creator through a series of videos here.
