What you’ll be doing
Other facilitators you’ll be working with
Tim Murray is the workshop co-presenter. A trauma in his early teens resulted in sleep problems which he lived with into his mid-thirties when health issues necessitated that he urgently address his lack of sleep. Through techniques including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), psychoeducation, eye movement desensitisation and reprogramming (EMDR) and hypnosis, he became a great sleeper. Within five years he had married, started a family and built a successful global business, which spawned a new set of sleep challenges, which required different solutions: neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), time management, relaxation therapies, mindfulness and meditation. He began sharing his insomnia cures and life design knowledge with his partner, friends and work colleagues, which led to professional coaching engagements in the corporate sector. When Tristian and Tim met and shared their stories – and their very different approaches to overcoming insomnia – they realised they had between them a wealth of proven, highly complementary resources which have formed the foundation of The Sleep Awakening and Life Mastery workshops they run together in Australia.
