Testing the temperature
Wellbeing survey– Before we begin offering and creating content for you, we begin by testing the wellness temperature of your organisation. Why? Because in order for a wellbeing programme to be effective (by that we mean boost your productivity and profitability) we need to assess where you are now, so we can take you to where you want to be. Initiatives are then introduced in a structured, measurable way, ensuring that all-important buy-in from senior stakeholders happens within the organisation. The platform & other services
Dynamic content– on The Life Adventure you’ll find a mixture of highly engaging, bite-sized HD & SD videos (up to 6 mins) & longer chapters (15-45 mins) on mental, physical & psychological wellbeing topics, including leadership and resilience, which staff can watch either at their desks in breaks, or at home in leisure time.
Bespoke content – once your staff have completed the wellbeing survey, we can work with you to create a programme of bespoke video content that fits your needs. This bespoke content will also sit on your platform alongside the off-the-shelf content that already exists on The Life Adventure.
Taking it offline for a blended-learning approach– if you prefer to take this offline, we can organise that too because we also offer face-to-face wellbeing programmes for individuals and groups. Take a look at an example of one here. We also offer the option to also host live online 1-1 and 1-small group sessions to further imbed particular subject matter.
Lunchtime Power Sessions – we’ll bring fascinating topics alive for 1 hour so that your staff return to their desks feeling motivated and ready to take on the world. Physical exercise sessions – we offer sessions that will further embed the health and wellness culture into your organisation. such as yoga, tai chi and breath work, just as a few examples.
Easy-to-integrate – The Life Adventure is a fully customisable, white-label, multi-platform and entirely web based platform. It will integrate seamlessly into your existing tools. It offers a unique customised proposition that combines learning, communication and knowledge sharing on health & wellbeing in one platform, across all devices.
Experts– our presenters are well-known leaders in their field as well as fresh rising talent. Our focus is on creating high quality workshops, talks and short courses that are thoughtfully delivered in a way that the viewer can understand and take away practical steps for themselves.
Engaging stories – to further enhance engagement and motivation we can capture success stories on health and wellbeing from within the business. These can be hugely powerful and seek to further personalise the content within the platform.
A social platform – allows your staff to generate and upload their own content and material they have found, alongside any we create for you. This allows people to add their own learnings, ask questions and share the absolute latest thinking. This is hugely powerful as it prevents knowledge-drain from within the business and massively increases engagement, communication and collaboration across the business, both up and down and peer to peer. The Life Adventure becomes an online community that encourages dialogue and this is where the real learning emerges.

Geo-location technology – to encourage after-work engagement, we also offer GIS curated content which allows employees to find, for example, their nearest cookery, mindfulness, yoga or stress-management class on in their area.
Live stream lunchtime sessions – 10 min taster sessions that staff can ‘like’ before you invest in producing new content. These can also be run with leaders from within the business, sharing their knowledge with the entire business.
Reporting – all users can be measured, reported, monitored, as required
Gamification & incentivisation – for example, those that watch, share, take quizzes, upload content are allocated points which show on a leader board. You can incentivise further by offering prizes to be won such as spa breaks, retreats, massages, holidays etc. Managers with stressed staff can assign them to watch a particular workshop/talk and reward them by taking quizzes.
Engaging & interactive – The Life Adventure is built in such as away as to allow staff to contribute to the growth of the platform by ‘liking’ new content, which steers what future content is created.
